  • General Conditions:
  • Prices per shipment for everything that can be shipped inside the company's flyer up to the first 3 kilos .
  • The collection value of one shipment is not allowed to exceed EGP 10,000.

  • The prices mentioned based on your commitment and agreement on the approximate monthly number of shipments expected from you with OK Express can decrease or increase after mutual evaluation.
  • OK Express can provide you with customized packaging materials such as white bags, flyer, bubles and boxes at an additional cost..
  • Amounts collected and fees:
  • Shipping charges for delivered or returned shipments are deducted from the total collections and then OK Express transfers bank, cash or other solutions on a weekly basis to your account mentioned in the contract.
  • The sender pays a fee on the shipment to insure it in case of damage or loss and Ok express compensates the sender according to the choice of the appropriate insurance service for him.
  • ok express deducts (in addition to the invoice) 1% of the total value of the shipment as an insurance fee in case of loss or damage The sender is compensated 100% of the value of the shipment up to a maximum of 10000 Egyptian pounds.
  • No insurance and in this case OK express reimburse the sender a maximum of EGP 500 per shipment whichever is less.
  • Conditions of compensation :
  • In case that your shipments are delivered without the packaging materials allocated for this or without attaching the bill of lading in the designated place in the shipping bags can lead to loss or damage to the shipment will be borne by the sender so you must follow the necessary procedures for the safety of your shipment.
  • Damage or loss must be reported immediately upon proof of status (e.g. at the moment of receipt of returns) and OK Express will not make any damages in case of late reporting (e.g. after the delegate leaves).

  • Prohibited Products:
  • Any food or drink items that are invalid and prone to damage.
  • Any stolen or illegal products.
  • Any products that are allergic, breakable, or poorly packaged.
  • Any alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Products for which the necessary legal permits are obtained from the competent authorities to sell or distribute them to the consumer according to Egyptian laws.
  • Illegal telecommunications or electronic equipment or tools according to Egyptian law.
  • Explosive or flammable materials.
  • Change or transfer currencies.
  • any kind of weapons.
